1. DVD compatibility information?

Infinite Video Productions, Inc. uses DVD-Rs for all DVD projects. Because of  the wide variety and quality of DVD players, we cannot guarantee that our DVD-Rs will play in all DVD players. In an effort to prevent any disappointment in our product, we have provided the following guidelines to help ensure proper playback.

1. Use a DVD player manufactured within the last few years.
2. Use a name brand DVD player. Off brand or low end (cheap) DVD players, portable players, and DVD/VHS combo players could have problems playing the DVD-Rs.
3. Computer playback will vary depending on your system, software player, and DVD drive.

We want our products to be right. If there is a problem with your DVD we will gladly take a look at it and if the problem is caused by our equipment we will replace it. We are unable to redo free of charge any DVDs that don’t work properly due to any of the points outlined above. If you are concerned we have available for $10 a DVD you can take home and try. Your $10 will be refunded on the return of the DVD in good condition.

2. Why does my business need video?

Quality Sales Presentations, Training Programs and Product Demonstrations can improve your business potential, free up employees who do repeated training for other tasks, ensure a consistent message, and enhance your corporate image.
3. Why should my business choose Infinite Video for our next video?

Infinite Video Productions, Inc. is a fully equipped facility which works in many analogue and digital formats.  Video production is our business.  We are more than a camera and computer - we are a group of creative professionals with degrees in video production and years of on-the-job experience.  Our employees understand how the many different technical and aesthetic facets of video production work and what it takes to mix it all together to achieve a professional, polished final product.  Infinite Video works closely with you during each step of your video production to ensure that your final video, DVD, or CD-Rom is what you envisioned.

4. Why should I hire someone to do my video when I have my own camcorder?

First impressions are important.  When you present your video to someone, they make judgments about your company based on what they see.  Just as you wouldn't show up to an important meeting in cutoffs and a T-shirt, your video should reflect the professionalism and customer quality concerns of your company.  Most do-it-yourself videos on home camcorders look bad, sound worse, and can give the impression that your company is an unqualified amateur.  Just as a quality video will enhance your corporate image, a poor video will tear it down.
5. What if my company can't afford or doesn't needs a flashy video?

Infinite Video Productions, Inc. creates video for a wide range of budgets.  No two companies have the same needs when it comes to their video production.  The important thing is that your video has a clear picture, clean audio, and message tailored to your intended market.  It is our job to work with you and ensure you receive that and stay within your budget.
6. I'd like to do a video, but i've never done one before and I am a bit overwhelmed. Can you help?

We know that if you were a video expert, you wouldn't need us.  Our job at Infinite Video Productions, Inc. is to work closely with you from the first initial contact to the final duplication delivery.  That's why we're always glad to come to your place of business for a preplan meeting.  It allows us to go over the process with you step by step and answer any questions you have.
