This option will provide a no-frills cost effective way
to copy video onto a DVD disk. This new DVD option will serve our
customers who want to put their videos onto DVD but do not need the
extra time and expense of a fully authored and interactive disk. Now our
customers can have a choice which level of DVD creation their project
needs!

Productions uses DVD-Rs for all DVD projects. Because DVD technology is
new and still in transition, we can not guarantee that our DVD-Rs will
play in all DVD players. In an effort to prevent any disappointment in our
product, we have provided the following guidelines to help ensure proper
playback.
Use a DVD player manufactured within the last few years.
Use a name brand DVD player. Off brand or low end (cheap) DVD players
will have problems playing the DVD-Rs.
Computer playback will vary depending on your system, software player,
and DVD drive. As a general rule, we tell clients that our DVDs are for
set top players only.
We use Sony, Pioneer, Panasonic, Xbox and Playstation 2 DVD players for
playback verification. Our DVDs have also worked in some Apex and
Mitsubishi DVD players. DVD players with confirmed problems are Sylvania
and Samsung.
We want our products to be right. If there is a problem with your DVD
we will gladly take a look at it and if the problem is caused by our
equipment we will replace it. We are unable to redo free of charge any
DVDs that don’t work properly due to any of the points outlined above.
If you are concerned we have available for $10 a DVD you can take home and
try. Your $10 will be refunded on the return of the DVD in good condition.
