The
Summer has been busy for us with numerous large projects as well as many
annual graduations. But, we had some extra help for some of the work from
our new intern Jason Twite. Jason is a Senior at Southern Illinois
University Edwardsville majoring in Mass Communications. He Has
fulfilled one of his final graduation requirements by working at Infinite
for 225 hours, but we kept him well beyond that!
In the early summer months it seemed like we had a different graduation to
shoot almost every weekend. St. Charles East, North Central College,
Eisenhower Middle School, and Glenbard West High School just to name a few.
The City of West Chicago hired Infinite Video to shoot many of their
city-wide events including Blooming Fest and more recently Heritage Days.
The footage is for a feature in an upcoming video highlighting the great
aspects of West Chicago. We look forward to continuing our work with
them through the rest of 2006.
Other corporate activities included a shoot in Peoria at Caterpillar,
working with AT&T editing a video for the Fillmore Jazz Festival, and
shooting a promotional video for an innovative new grill & fire pit combo
named
Radiant Fire.
We also had the opportunity to work with many students from East Aurora High
School and help them piece together their footage and edit together final
projects.
Our local business continues to be strong with a constant flow of
duplication & conversion orders. We keep thinking that film transfer
orders would eventually fade away, but they actually seem to be getting more
popular! Literally miles of film have been transferred to DVD this summer
and with the holiday season quickly approaching, there is no better time to
drop off your film for transfer. Film and photo transfers make one-of-a-kind
gifts and something the recipient will cherish forever.
Feel free to contact us with any questions on what Infinite can do you for
you! We'll see you next month with more updates from our busy summer days.
