Our video for Faganel Builders was designed to give prospective buyers an overview of the entire homebuying process. It follows a fictional couple as they go through the steps of buying their home. Along the way the viewer learns about choosing lots, house colors, interior options and modifying their house plan. Financing is explained as well as when payments are due throughout the building process. Construction schedules and walk through inspections are also reviewed. By the time our fictional couple moves in, the viewer will be well ahead in the home buying game.

This video was shot with BetaSP on location throughout one of Faganel’s developments. Because different areas were in varying stages of construction we were able to shoot the entire video in only a few days!
